For other projects, the standard payment schedule is 50% at time of booking to hold space in my calendar, 25% on Project Kickoff date, and 25% on the day before the estimated Project Handoff date.

However, I specialize in working with small biz owners and startups, and understand additional flexibility can be beneficial; just let me know in the contact form or on our Vibe Check call that you’re interested in extended plans, and we’ll sort it out!

I tend to book projects about 3-4 months in advance, so honestly my suggestion is to get the ball rolling now so there’s some wiggle room; I find most founders need some time after our first free Vibe Check call anyway—I’ve been known to ask some pretty thought-provoking and delightfully-challenging questions within the first 5 min of meeting someone 🤣

Plus, it’s just me at the helm of Alcove Studio; I don’t run an agency model where I’m outsourcing projects to a team or anything, so I can only take on a limited number of clients at a time.
