As a solo, service-based business, keeping projects on track and maintaining a confirmed pipeline helps me support my family (and keep things flowing!). Plus, “corporate” (aka our payment processor) insists we’ve got this stuff sorted. 😅

So, here’s the lowdown on refunds, returns, and all the logistical bits that keep Alcove Studio running like a well-oiled machine. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on projects or group programs within 60 days of the kickoff or start date. If you cancel 60 calendar days or more before the project begins (defined as the Kickoff Date), you’re eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee (minus any transaction fees).

Once the 60-day window passes, all payments are non-refundable. However, most of our projects include revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final product.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Alcove Studio provides digital services, so no physical shipping is necessary. All deliverables—whether branding assets, website files, or strategy documents—will be delivered digitally via email, shared links, or cloud storage. 📁


Return Policy

Since we specialize in digital services, returns don’t apply. That said, your satisfaction is our priority! If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re entitled to two rounds of revisions within your service package. We’ll collaborate to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

Need additional revisions? No problem! If work outside the initial scope is required, we’ll discuss any extra fees upfront, so there are no surprises.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service package up to 60 calendar days before the project starts (defined as the Kickoff Date) for a 50% refund of the total fee (minus any transaction fees).

If you need to cancel after the project has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, and any deposits made will be forfeited.

For subscription-based services (if applicable), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Please email us at info@alcove.studio to cancel and ensure you receive confirmation of your request.
